At Dineshprabhu Career Connect, we strive to provide the best educational services to our students. This Refund and Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which refunds may be issued for our courses and services.

Refund Eligibility

You are eligible for a refund if:

  • •You cancel within 7 days of enrollment and have not accessed more than 20% of the course content
  • •The course has been cancelled by Dineshprabhu Career Connect
  • •Technical issues prevent you from accessing the course for more than 7 consecutive days
  • •Duplicate payment has been made for the same course

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will NOT be issued if:

  • •More than 7 days have passed since enrollment
  • •You have accessed more than 20% of the course content
  • •You have downloaded course materials or certificates
  • •The course has been completed or the exam date has passed
  • •You violate our Terms and Conditions

Refund Process

    Submit Request

    Email your refund request to Dineshprabhucareerconnect@gmail.com with your order ID and reason

    Review Period

    We will review your request within 3-5 business days

    Approval & Processing

    If approved, refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to your original payment method

  4. 4

    Bank Processing Time

    Please allow an additional 5-7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account

Partial Refunds

In some cases, partial refunds may be issued based on the amount of course content accessed. The refund amount will be calculated on a pro-rata basis, with a 20% administrative fee deducted.

Cancellation by Dineshprabhu Career Connect

If we cancel a course for any reason, you will receive:

  • ✓100% refund of the course fee
  • ✓Option to transfer to another available course of equal or lesser value
  • ✓Credit for a future course with additional 10% discount
